Program 1

Health Awareness & Checkup Programs

The society organized numerous free health check-up and health awareness camps, medical camps, and awareness programs focusing on anemia, lack of hemoglobin, and traditional remedies (“Daadi-Naani ke Gharelu Nuske”). These initiatives included free medicine distribution programs and health check-ups for students from various schools across Bhopal, as well as for residents of slum areas in locations such as Karond, Aishbagh, Gram Kotra, Neelbad, Ratibad, Baadi, Bareli, Ambedkar Nagar, Rahul Nagar, Bag Sewania, Bag Mugalia, Daulatpura, Barkhedi, and other regions of Bhopal district.

The society also provided awareness about traditional home remedies and the use of indigenous medicines, highlighting their benefits. Free health camps were organized in villages, offering medical consultations and distributing medicines to women and children in need, under the guidance of qualified doctors. Additionally, the society conducted various disease detection camps and educated the community about preventive measures and the importance of health awareness.

Program 2

Women Empowerment & Social Advocacy

Awareness Program on Female Foeticide, Women Empowerment, Literacy, and Legal Advocacy

The society conducts various awareness programs throughout the year in villages, urban, and rural areas as part of the Beti Bachao Abhiyan and other initiatives focused on female foeticide awareness, women empowerment, and literacy. These programs emphasize the equality and importance of both boys and girls, highlighting that every child is a gift from God. The society strives to eradicate gender discrimination and social evils that hinder societal growth.

Active participation in the Beti Bachao Abhiyan of Madhya Pradesh has included working in villages to raise awareness about female foeticide and other social issues. The organization also campaigns against social evils such as dowry, child marriage (Bal Vivah), and the Sati system through family planning awareness programs and family welfare initiatives. Numerous awareness camps have been organized to educate communities and encourage the elimination of these harmful practices. Additionally, the society uses tools like documentary films, pamphlets, and literature to disseminate knowledge in areas prone to these social issues.

Program 3

Computer Literacy & Vocational Training

Computer and Office Automation Training Program

Under the Computer Mission India Program, the society conducts various computer training and literacy programs, including office automation courses, in collaboration with local Panchayats. Free computer literacy programs are organized in Berasia, Bhopal, and various slum areas across Bhopal district, with a special focus on providing training to women, girls, and unemployed youth.

The programs cover essential computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Office, Tally, PageMaker, and other related software. The society also runs vocational training courses to support the welfare and development of the community. These initiatives are funded by society members and supported by government departments under vocational training program schemes, aimed at promoting computer education and literacy.

Cultural & Community Celebrations

Cultural Events and Celebrations of Festivals, Anniversaries, and Programs
The society organizes various cultural events and programs throughout the year, celebrating national and state-level festivals and functions to foster cultural values, moral development, and communal harmony. Since its inception, these celebrations have been conducted with enthusiasm and joy, reflecting the spirit of togetherness and promoting social values.

Key events include Independence Day, Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Teachers’ Day, Youth Day, and other significant national and state-level occasions. Activities such as prize distribution, essay writing, music, dance, sports competitions, and other engaging programs involve active participation from society members.

The society also promotes cultural awareness through initiatives like Nukkad Nataks and festival celebrations, including Holi Milan Samaroh, Gudi Padwa, Banskhedi, Ambedkar Jayanti, and Laxmi Bai Jayanti. These events are supported by society funds, member contributions, and public donations, contributing to numerous social welfare activities throughout the year.

Environmental Awareness & Green Campaigns

VRIKSH LAGAO / DESH BACHAO / SAANSE HO RAHI HAI KAM AAO VRIKSH LAGAE HUM PROGRAM ON GREEN INDIA – CLEAN INDIA CAMPAIGN / CONSERVATION OF FOREST / ENVIRONMENT AWARENESS / PLANTATION
The society conducts various environmental awareness programs throughout the year, emphasizing forest conservation, plantation drives, and rural and panchayat-level initiatives. These programs aim to address global challenges like global warming while promoting the sustainable use of natural resources, cleanliness (Swachhata Abhiyan), forest preservation, and water conservation (Jal Sanchay).

Camps, seminars, exhibitions, and Nukkad Nataks are organized to educate communities about the importance of conserving forests and the environmental impact on human health. Plantation drives and environmental workshops have been carried out in several areas of Old Bhopal, such as Berasia Road, Karond, Islam Nagar, Itkhedi, Gunga, Kolar, Ayodhya Nagar, Neelbad, Ratibad, and Gram Kotra.

These workshops address solutions to reduce pollution and tackle environmental challenges. All activities are funded by the society’s resources, supporting its mission to create a greener and cleaner future for everyone.

Women & Child Upliftment

Women and Child Upliftment/Awareness Programs
The society conducts Women and Child Welfare Programs and Advocacy Programs in various villages of Bhopal throughout the year. These initiatives focus on counseling and raising awareness about family planning, while also advocating for the prevention of female foeticide (Bhrun Hatya), child marriage (Bal Vivah), and early pregnancies. Special attention is given to improving the health and well-being of mothers (Jaccha) and children (Baccha) in villages and impoverished/slum communities.

The society organizes numerous awareness and training programs aimed at the welfare and upliftment of women and children. These initiatives strive to improve their overall status in society through education, health awareness, and empowerment activities.
